Volunteer Assignment ARM-0741-016
ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking a Public Relations Specialist for an upcoming volunteer assignment in Armenia. The Agricultural Alliance is requesting volunteer assistance learn about managing and developing organizations’ communications and reputations, visibility issues, and advocacy and lobbying, among other topics. The assignment will last for approximately two weeks in country, in addition to preparation and research prior to departure. Travel and living expenses are covered.
Volunteer Qualifications
- A degree in Public Relations or another related area
- At least five years professional experience in working with multi-stakeholder networks, experience in promoting networks/alliances through mass/social media, and organizing media campaigns.
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with the national context of Armenia, including the political and economic situation in the country is a plus
