1. Support the preparation for, and implementation of, the elements of the cash for work activities and corresponding logistical/administrative requirements. 2. Participate in tracking, monitoring and profiling beneficiaries. 3. Maintain a clear and precise filing system and compile background information for the Project Manager on the status of project implementation of a) infrastructure rehabilitation projects across all communities, b) cash for work rotations as ongoing, and c) all required logistics and procurement processes. Page 1 / 3 4. Liaise with the administrative/finance/logistics team in Ndjamena to assist with project implementation. 5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of various dynamics in the project implementation area. 6. Provide assistance in drafting regular reports on specific activities and challenges for submission to the Project Coordinator.
