Key Duties
  • Assist with the administration of project budgets, finances and
    invoicing;
  • Provide multi-Program management support, including assisting
    with the administration of personnel contracts;
  • Provide secretariat support and timely meeting minute reporting
    to regular and ad hoc Program meetings;
  • Provide data capture and logistics support for Program staff;
  • Work in accordance with Abt Associates and project quality
    management system policies and procedures;
  • Oversee all Brisbane-based administrative aspects of the
    Programs;
  • Assist with business development activities as required from
    time to time; and
  • Regularly maintain and update key Program documents eg;
    Program Deliverables;
  • General filing, photocopying, printing, binding and scanning
    documents;
  • Reviewing, editing and formatting of documents and reports in
    line with Abt Associates Style Guide;
  • Collate and distribute marketing or other promotional
    materials as required;
  • Coordinating events, and functions;
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and
    customers as directed;
  • Undertake all in-house training and in-service activities relevant
    to the role;
Key Requirements
The preferred applicant will have:
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in project administration
  • Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Resilient when faced with challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
