Key Duties
- Assist with the administration of project budgets, finances and
invoicing; - Provide multi-Program management support, including assisting
with the administration of personnel contracts; - Provide secretariat support and timely meeting minute reporting
to regular and ad hoc Program meetings; - Provide data capture and logistics support for Program staff;
- Work in accordance with Abt Associates and project quality
management system policies and procedures; - Oversee all Brisbane-based administrative aspects of the
Programs; - Assist with business development activities as required from
time to time; and - Regularly maintain and update key Program documents eg;
Program Deliverables; - General filing, photocopying, printing, binding and scanning
documents; - Reviewing, editing and formatting of documents and reports in
line with Abt Associates Style Guide; - Collate and distribute marketing or other promotional
materials as required; - Coordinating events, and functions;
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and
customers as directed; - Undertake all in-house training and in-service activities relevant
to the role;
Key Requirements
The preferred applicant will have:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in project administration
- Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Resilient when faced with challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
