Understanding of the functions and organization of the work unit and of the organizational structure and respective roles of related units. High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in programme/project administration, technical cooperation or related area is required. Experience in planning and budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, substantive research to benefit strategic planning, and proven understanding of sustainable development issues and policies affecting the region is desirable.
