Responsibilities:
- Developing and administering the internal financial control framework (e.g., modeling on the COSO framework) and procedures to help ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data arising from business and operation transactions and in facilitating financial reporting.
- Formulating and implementing relevant directives, guidelines and procedural documents pertaining to internal controls and managing any required reviews and updates.
- Preparing regular and ad hoc cost accounting reports, financial statements and variance analyses for the management team.
- Assisting technical experts in the development of business requirements during the creation of the financial report system platform to help ensure alignment with business objectives and existing operations.
- Enhancing connectivity between the functions of the Controller’s office and multiple business and management functions, as well as assisting in the establishment of an enterprise-wide internal control framework for AIIB.
- Communicating with various external service vendors in support of the functions of the Controller’s office.
- Previous experience and qualifications will determine the employee level at which an applicant will enter AIIB.
