English Description:	IBI is searching for a Senior-level revenue forecasting specialist for an anticipated USAID accountable governance project in Egypt. The project is designed to strengthen cash management, and financial planning and reporting functions in Egyptian ministries at the national level. The project will begin in the first half of 2018.
Key Qualifications:	Minimum 10 years of experience in public sector revenue forecasting Advanced degree in Economics, Public Policy, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. At least two years’ experience in developing revenue forecasting models Fully computer literate, experience with an national financial management system (FMS) preferred 5 years of international consulting experience on donor-funded projects, with a preference for USAID experience in North Africa and the Middle East and specifically Egypt Egyptian citizens strongly encouraged to apply Fluent in English, working capability in Arabic
