Responsibilities
Within delegated authority, the Outreach Workforce Planning Intern will carry out the following duties:
•Assist in the development of a regional outreach campaign to attract French speakers to opportunities in field operations;
•Assist in designing different types of overarching communications products, branding and messaging;
•Research non-governmental organisations in francophone countries to present a list of possible partners to share information with on opportunities in field operations;
•Assist in developing human resource workforce analytics to be used in presentations and other communications materials, including visual aids, charts, and graphs;
•Provide general office support services; drafting and/or processing a variety of correspondence and other communications, maintaining accurate records and creating and maintaining electronic records of all materials developed by the Unit;
•Conduct different type of research and data analysis using HR tools and various internal/external resources; and
•Providing any other ad hoc support, as required.
