Job description
Supports the assigned staff in their professional development, identifies training needs, supports staff to achieve the objectives defined in their learning development plans.Provides ICLA technical support in implementation activities.
Ensures compliance with NRC policies, ICLA tools, handbooks and guidelines.
Suggests new methods and approaches in order to improve the quality of ICLA activities that meets the needs of beneficiaries.
Identify, analyze and evaluate processes and gaps in the implementation of ICLA activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Reports over the achieved activities, provides analysis over the performed activities and signals bottlenecks.
Monitors the progress of the activities of assigned staff and ensures they are implemented conform planning and quality standards.
Analyze data and produce short relevant reports from ICLA database on legal needs, case management issues and protection concerns to help provide evidence base for determining programme and advocacy priorities.
Support ICLA Specialist and ICLA Advisers with donor data reporting at a national level, particularly on outcomes, and quality check output data from field reporting.
Ensure quality control and data cleaning of data contained in ICLA database.
Provide support to data collection exercises conducted by ICLA in conjunction with M&E including assessments, outcome monitoring surveys, baseline and endline surveys and other research projects.
Provide support to M&E for terms of development of monitoring and evaluation tools for ICLA.
Support M&E team with internal reporting on the Global Output and Outcome Reporting System
Act as ICLA focal point within ICLA and between ICLA and other competencies ensuring coordination on ICLA data needs with M&E unit, ICT unit and ICLA database consultants and any researchers.
