NIB is seeking a
TRAINEE
to join the Lending Department for the period January-May 2018.
The work is conducted on hourly basis, app. 1-2 days/week. Depending on our needs, we may be able to offer successful applicants a prolonged full-time contract during the summer 2018.
The main responsibility is to help with the daily work within the Lending Department. You will handle mail, copying, archiving, prepare presentation material and do basic research. You will also assist with organising and coordinating meetings as well as events for the department. Work in the Lending Department offers an excellent opportunity to gain a thorough understanding on how an international financial institution operates.

Qualifications
• The successful candidate should have completed at least 1-2 years studies
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite, a working knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages would be an asset
• Qualities such as pro-activeness, flexibility, good interpersonal and organisational skills and a genuine interest in learning new things are appreciated
