| Job Description/Responsibilities: |
To conduct research and analysis of data/issues, including taking preparation of reports and journal publications, recommendations and other materials. To create and implement best practice research vision, strategy, policies, process and procedures to improve operational performance. To develop ideas for further research and oversee all projects’ research simultaneously and support programs by using data to improve program and respond to client needs. To review the research that other colleagues do and motivate and coach the team for operational success. To work with wider community to develop and maintain good relationships with both internal and external contacts at all level including other companies, universities and research institutions. To manage contractors to ensure that they meet legal and organisational requirements. To write research proposal for funding to achieve sustainability of the unit. To work as part of the team to share and disseminate findings to improve the quality of the project delivery. |
| Educational Requirements: |
| Masters degree from any reputed university preferably in Sociology/Economics/Statistics/Development Studies or any other relevant field. |
| Experience Requirements: |
| 3+ years research experience in any reputed research institute or research unit of any reputed development organisation. |
