Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced university degree in Computer engineering, Program development, Intelligence Systems and other related subjects;
- At least 3 years of managing teams of developers working on the online documentation and monitoring;
- At least 3 years of experience in development of Web applications with high level data protection;
- Proved experience in developing information systems;
- Proved experience with working with environmental protection related data;
- Language Requirements: Ukrainian, English (at least working knowledge).
