Education: Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in a supply chain discipline, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in procurement, contract management, or related area (7 years if in possession of a bachelor level degree). Experience in purchasing and contracting at the international level, within the United Nations or a related organisation, as well as a proven record of overseeing and supervising a procurement team, is highly desirable.
• Languages: The official languages of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon are Arabic, English and French. For this post, fluency in written and oral English is required. Knowledge of other official language(s) is an asset.
