Education
Advanced university degree in Social Work, Psychology or other relevant subject. A first level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling and casework preferably with refugees or other victims or witnesses to human rights or other criminal abuses. Work experience in post-conflict region, preferably in ex-Yugoslavia, is required.
Languages
English and French are the working languages of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English and BCS (Bosnian, Serbian, or Croatian) is required. Knowledge of French is desirable.
Assessment
There may be a technical test followed by a competency-based interview.
